George E. Howard, 66, of Broad Brook passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2016. He was born August 3, 1949 in Hartford, the son of Ernest and Ann (Hatheway) Howard. He loved cooking, the outdoors, his gardens, fishing and music. Besides his mother, he is survived by the love of his life, Linda Flaherty of Broad Brook; his children, Kevin Howard and his wife Aleana of SC, Laura Green and her husband Robert Jr. of Vernon, Daniel Leary of Broad Brook and Timothy Leary of NH; his sister, Lori Newcomb and her husband Aaron of ME;and his grandchildren, Trevor, Colin, Kaiden, Margaret, Ella, Jordan, Noah and Simon.
