Raymond J. Poulin, 57 of Martinsville, New Jersey passed away peacefully on April 11, 2017 after a brief illness with family and friends by his side. He resided in Vernon, CT until his graduation from New Hampshire College and then moved to NYC where he began his career in the retail industry. Having worked for several large retailers he was currently employed by Macy’s Dept. Stores recently celebrating his 6th year anniversary as Director of Staffing Strategy.Ray enjoyed many outdoor activities and spending time with his many friends traveling. He also dedicated himself to volunteering many organizations in the community.
He is survived by his Mother Elaine Poulin of South Windsor; brothers and sisters, Paul and Michael Poulin, Karen Braccidiferro and Michele Poulin. Neil Brccidiferro and Cathy Poulin.; his beloved nieces and nephews, Casey, Cailyn, Nia, Madison and Ryan. His is also survived by his dear friend, Scott Hacker. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, April 17, 2017 at St. Bernard’s Church 25 St. Bernard’s Terrace, Rockville, CT. Burial will be held private. Donation can be made to the American Cancer Society, the Paul R. Nardoni Foundation or Somerset Medical Center Somerville, New Jersey.
