David C. Hewitt, 47, of Vernon, passed away on Friday, August 4th 2017. David was born on February 20, 1970 in Rockville. He grew up in Tolland and lived in Florida before returning to Connecticut. He worked at Courtesy Auto in South Windsor. He leaves behind his three sons, Cory Wheeler of Somers, Zachary and Jordan Hewitt of Hudson Florida; his father, Francis Hewitt of Vernon and his mother, Gloria Glancey and her husband Scott of Broad Brook; his brothers, Michael Hewitt of Stafford Springs, Eric Hewitt and his fiancée Kristie of Enfield, and Todd Hewitt and his wife Laura of Canterbury; his sister, Diana DeJohn and her husband Nick of Woodstock; his nephews, Trevor Hewitt, Tucker Hewitt of Manchester, Anthony Hewitt of Stafford Springs and Christopher Hewitt, Tommy Hewitt of Canterbury.
