Beverly A. (Lutz) Zwingelstein, 87, of Tolland, passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Woodlake at Tolland. She was born September 15, 1930 in Rockville to the late Ernest and Gladys (Long) Lutz. Beverly enjoyed being a homemaker. She is survived by her daughter Jean Schneider and her husband Byron of Tolland; her granddaughter, Jennifer Szymanski and her husband John and their son, Beverly’s great grandson, Evan, her brother in law Alfred L. Zwingelstein and his wife Barbara. She also had a faithful companion of 20 years, her cat, Sylvester and many loving nieces and nephews. Beverly was predeceased by her husband Louis, and her sisters, Eleanor Kalina and Barbara Smith. Relatives and friends may join the family from 10-11:00 am on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Tolland Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Merrow Road, Tolland. A Funeral Home Service will take place at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Grove Hill Cemetery, Vernon.
