Joan Priscilla (Spencer) Kristoff, 88, of Coventry, CT passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018. She was born on August 31, 1930 to the late Marion (Angell) and Kenneth Spencer. She was the beloved wife of Frank Kristoff, Jr. for 63 years. She was a faithful member of the First Congregational Church in Coventry where she was financial secretary for many years. She was an avid reader who spent many years volunteering her time at the Booth & Dimock Memorial Library. She was always welcoming to everyone and especially enjoyed making chocolate chip cookies everyday for her children and their friends to enjoy. She is survived by her husband Frank Kristoff, Jr., her sons Peter Kristoff and his wife Donna of Willington, Alan Kristoff and his wife Ginger of Kittery, ME, Jonathan Kristoff of Holland, MA, her daughter Phyllis Kristoff of Tolland, three granddaughters and one great grandson. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her sister Dorothy Kablik and her granddaughter Heather Marie Kristoff. Her family would like to thank Douglas Manor for the compassionate care they provided to Joan. Relatives and friends may join the family on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 10am for a Memorial Service at the First Congregational Church of Coventry, 1171 Main Street, Coventry.
