Virginia Dailey, 85, died on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at her residence at The Village at Buckland Court in South Windsor, CT. Born to Francis and Emma Dailey on July 24, 1933 in Rockville where she spent most of her life. She was known by her beautiful, infectious smile, her warm disposition and her friends, many of whom she made at The Village. Ginny retired as office manager in the Rockville Office of the Connecticut Cooperative Extension Service after thirty-eight years of service. She was a lifetime member of the Union Congregational Church in Rockville. A special thanks to the Better Living Home Care service, especially Vicki and Cynthia. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Louise Dailey. Relatives and friends may join the family on Saturday, December 22, 2018 between 10am-11am with a Memorial Service at 11am at the Small & Pietras Funeral Home, 65 Elm Street, Rockville.
