Frances was an amazing, kind, and caring woman. She was my “step-grandma” but she always made me feel like I was one of her own. I have many great memories of her and I feel lucky to have known her and blessed that she was part of my life. My thoughts and prayers go out to the rest of her family, I know she will truly be missed and just know that she is watching over each and every one of you always.
