Obituary for Zigmond Louis Rolocut Jr.

Ziggy Rolocut, 49, of East Windsor, entered heaven's gates March 10, 2019.

He was the son of the late Zigmond Louis Rolocut Sr. and Carol (Emilia) Rolocut. Ziggy found his true calling around 10 years of age. A gentle giant with car grease on his face and under his nails, he could always be found bent under a car hood, making the engine purr. He was employed at Bobby G's Old-Fashioned Services in Windsor Locks, where he treated everyone like family.

Always going above and beyond. Ziggy is survived by his loving wife, Marian; daughter, Brianna; his son and daughter-in-law, Kyle and Kristen; three grandsons, Landon, Kyle Jr., and Wyatt; brother-in-law, Brad Bezanker of Lee, New Hampshire; niece and nephew, Kyra and Quentin Bezanker; and an uncle and aunt, Edward and Laura Rolocut of Port Orange, Florida; along with many other loving family members, friends, and customers.

A celebration of life will be held for Ziggy March 30, at 11 a.m. at First Congregational Church of East Windsor, 124 Scantic Road, East Windsor. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Scantic Cemetery.

Next time you "start your car, change your oil or tune up your engine," give a wave in honor of Ziggy, he would love it.
