Ellen and all, I am so so sorry for your loss. Though we didn't get to know each other really well because of distance, I enjoyed our talks when we were together in New Mat. My fondest memory of Emmett is he and Tom "indoctrinating" me into the family the first time we met by shooting fireworks at me on the 4th of July. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of the family and sorry I can't be there for the service.

Ellen, Sharon, Cassidy, Jasmine, Brandylan, Sage -- I am so very sad to hear of your loss. I'm so sorry I won't be able to come to the funeral as I have to be out of state, but please know that I will be there with you all in spirit. I send you all my love and please accept my heartfelt condolences.

I have so many fond memories of my Uncle Emmett from when I was younger. To this day every time I smell pipe tobacco it brings me right back to his house. Aunt Ellen please know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers not just now but often.
