Daryl Lee Moore, 71, of Manchester, passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 23, 2019. Daryl was born on August 14, 1948, the daughter of the late Peter Carter and Beatrice H. Carter. She spent most of her childhood living in York, Pennsylvania before moving to Connecticut in 1967. While growing up, Daryl’s passions were riding horses, going to Jones beach, and spending time with her family on Long Island. After moving to Connecticut, she enjoyed a career with the East Hartford Public Schools as a secretary. Daryl is survived by her two sisters, Dawn Mellen of Claremont NH and Kristin Carter of West Babylon, NY. Also, her two sons, Timothy Carter and his wife Elyse, and Jamie Carter and his wife Tracy, and her daughter, Michelle Turner and her husband Rich. She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren, Matthew Brazalovich, Jamie Carter Jr, Chynna Richard, and 3 great grandchildren, Dillon, Scarlett, and Kierra, and her two beloved cats, Phantom and PawPaws.
