Nancy and family. I am so saddened to hear about Mark's passing. I have some wonderful memories of visiting with my cousins at their house on Bolton Lake. I wish so much that we had stayed in touch more. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, and the entire Rittlinger family. Cheryl Ignatowicz Burgess, and family.

Dear Nancy and Family,
So saddened to hear of Mark's passing. I still remember meeting you both in March of 1983 and of the many visits over the years. Russ and I were just talking about him, his sense of humor, his pride when your babies were born, and his optimistic outlook of life in general. He was taken away too soon, but I will always remember him with a smile - he was so fun! He is now at peace, and I will pray that happy memories will sustain you and your family during this painful time. I'm so sorry.

Love, Barb Prechtl

I met "Ritt" when I was 13 years old, as a new 7th grader to Vernon Center Middle School. We met in gym class, and were paired up for wrestling because we were the biggest boys in the class! From there we enjoyed an amazing close friendship, which consisted of camping out at Valley Falls, driving around in cars, going to Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow concerts, trips to Austin, Texas, among many other highlights! It was great getting together at Kevin's milestone birthday in October. He was a great man with a huge heart, and cared so much for his family. We will all miss him tremendously!
