Bob (Robert) Yosky, 79, of Broad Brook passed away on Thursday, March 4, 2021, after a brief illness. Bob made his wishes well known that he wanted no services. However, those who knew Bob knew that he loved bending the rules. So, following his example of bending the rules, a Celebration of Life will be held in June. A Celebration of Life for Robert (Bob) Yosky will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 11am at Windsorville Methodist Church, 171 Windsorville Road., Broad Brook, CT.
Bob was the son of Michael and Annie (Palozie) Yosky. He was a life-long resident of Broad Brook. He was a graduate of East Windsor High School and has served on several boards and committees for the town. He also was a retired captain of the Broad Brook Volunteer Fire Department and served in the Connecticut Air National Guard Fire and Crash Crew.
