Denise Marie Johnson, age 65, of East Windsor, died at 7:44PM, Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, CT with her family by her side. She was born on July 16, 1956 in Manchester, CT to Shirley and Gerard Langevin. She is survived by her sibling Gerry, nephew Gerard, her children Wendy, William, Tara, Thomas and her grandchildren Cali, Tyler, Anabelle, Emma, Connor, Maddy, Teddi, Carter, and Nicholas.

Mom was full of life, always smiling and known to be quite the character, constantly making us laugh. She loved being a homemaker, generously caring for her children, grandchildren, brother and nephew. Our fondest memories of Mom were dancing in the living room, playing bingo, camping, trips to Florida and Six Flags, swimming at the reservoir, her love for Christmas, American chop suey, Sunday morning drives and breakfast.

She was taken from us too early and we will miss her with all of our hearts.

Calling hours will be held at the Coventry-Pietras Funeral Home located at 2665 Boston Turnpike, Coventry, CT 06238 on Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 10am to 1pm, followed by a small family gathering.
