Charlotte C. (Trojan) Bokis, 92, of Vernon, beloved wife of the late George James Bokis passed away March 3, 2022 after a brief illness. She was born May 18, 1929 in Rockville, CT daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (Knybel) Trojan. She resided in Vernon her entire life. She was married for 69 years and she especially enjoyed ballroom dancing and traveling with her husband. She leaves behind her daughters, Donna Waleryszak and her husband David of Enfield, Darlene Zagura and her husband Robert of Colchester. She also leaves her grandson, Matthew Zagura and his wife Ashleigh of Ledyard. She was blessed to be a great grandmother to her great granddaughter, Anna Leigh Zagura. Besides her loving husband and parents she is predeceased by her brother Joseph Cabay, her sister, Anna Bembenek and her brother, Chester Trojan.
