Obituary for Billy D. Biram

Billy (Jackson) Biram, 72,passed away unexpectedly at his home December 21, 2022 in Enfield, CT. Billy was born in Dayton, Ohio to the late Bessie (Watkins) and Delbert Biram. He was raised in Campton, KY until he enlisted in the US Army. He served the US Army from 1970-1971 and was a proud Vietnam Veteran. He held several commendations including the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and the Vietnam Campaign Medal. After the war, he moved to Long Island, NY where he met his wife of nearly 50 years, Nancy Lee (Jackson) Biram. He was a devoted husband and father and spent his time working in the cable TV industry and creating a comfortable home for his family. He loved to read, watch westerns on TV and listening to country music. Billy loved bowling and had the occasional, perfect 300 game. Billy was preceded in death by his brothers Roy Biram, Gary Biram, and his brother Arthur Wilhoit, his loving wife, Nancy and his son Adam Biram, who he adored and missed dearly. He leaves his brothers Ray Biram of Clay City Kentucky and his brother Charles Wilhoit of California, two children Bari (Jarvis) and her husband Jeffrey of Feeding Hills, MA, and Bret and his wife Tara of West Springfield, MA. He also left five grandchildren: Bailey, Ashlyn, Drew, Casey and Lily. He also leaves behind his beloved dogs Tigger and Scruffy. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends, near and far. To honor Billy's wishes, there will be no services.
