Obituary for Gregory R. Keith
VERNON, Connecticut — Gregory R. Keith, 70, of Vernon, Connecticut, died Monday, Dec. 19, 2022, of complications from deteriorating health.
Greg graduated from Tilton-Northfield High School in Tilton, New Hampshire, in 1970 and went on to a long career maintaining equipment at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut.
Greg loved fishing, was a fan of Stephen King novels, was lucky at slots and told very entertaining stories. He enjoyed vacations with family in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region and Myrtle Beach.
Greg is predeceased by his parents, Walter L. Keith Sr. (1922-1981) and his mother, Glenice E. (Chase) Keith (1923-2004).
Greg leaves his daughter, Lindsay Kingsbury of Vernon, Connecticut, and her husband Shawn; and grandsons, Garret and Ryker; daughter Bethany Farley of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, and grandchildren, Zachary, Chase and Alison; and great-granddaughters, Emilee and Lydia; two stepsons, Mark Daitch and Eric Daitch and their children Olivia, Lily, Maddy and Cameron. Family survivors also include Greg’s sisters, Bonnie Carnivale and Charlette Stoodley; and brothers, Dan Keith and Walter (Chip) Keith.
