Obituary for Anne Rambush
Anne Claudette Rambush, 86, of Hartland, CT (formerly of Spring Hill, FL and East Windsor, CT) passed away on Tuesday, December 27th. Anne (Claudette) was born in Madawaska, Maine to Arthur and Blanche Fortin. Claudette was from a large family of 19 children and she was very proud of her upbringing and family. She took pride in helping her mom take care of and raise her younger siblings and always had a story or two to tell about her childhood.
Claudette married Kent Rambush in 1962 and sadly he passed in November of 2021. Claudette is survived by her two daughters; Laura Feltner and her husband Clarence, Linda Connor and her husband Paul, her son Jeffrey Rambush, Grandchildren: Alison, Katrina, Emily, Courtney, Seth and her great grandson, Luca (is on the way).
Claudette enjoyed spending time with her siblings at the Allagash camp in Maine, having family cookouts, gardening, crocheting and being with her grandchildren. She will forever be in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, and surviving family.
Relatives and friends may join the family on Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 5 to 8 PM at the Bassinger & Dowd Funeral Home, 37 Gardner St., East Windsor, CT.
