Patricia Ann Donahue Brown, age 81, left us on 4/19/2023. Pat was born in Hartford CT in December of 1941. She graduated from Weaver High School in 1960 and earned an associates degree at Manchester Community College. Pat was involved in the Girl Scouts of America and Literacy Volunteers of Hartford CT. Pat suffered from Polio as a child and post polio in her later years.She retired in 2002 from the state of Connecticut Department of corrections to Arizona and returned to Connecticut in 2013.

Pat was a free spirit who enjoyed astrology, knitting and crocheting, reading ,bird watching and traveling. She spent time in Georgia, Alaska, Arizona, Mexico, California and several other places. Pat loved Spending time with her family, friends and animals. She will be dearly missed.

Pat is survived by her brother, Peter Donahue and his spouse Mai Donahue, her 3 children Lynnell Garland, Ellen M, Keune , Sarah S. Leighton and their spouses Earl Leighton and Walter Rubacha Jr., 2 grandchildren Sean A .Garland and his spouse Sarena Pomerleau. Robert P. Russo and 2 great grandchildren, Autumn Remillard and Gabriel E. Russo and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Many dear friends including Cyndi Hainsworth and Margaret Repass. Pat is preceded in death by her Parents Joseph and Marion Donahue and her sister Mary Ellen Donahue.

We will be holding a Celebration of life for family and close friends at a later date.
