Joy Iloff, 60, of Rockville passed away, Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Rockville General Hospital. She was born June 13, 1949 in Honesdale, PA to the late, Kenneth and Madelyn (McCann) Iloff. She is survived by her special niece, Lu-Anne Rehmer of Manchester and family; her sisters, Janet Jennings of Florida and Anne Sears of Georgia and their respective families and Annie and David Fulton of Ellington, Joy always said; “I loved them like my own”.
