I was overwhelmed when I heard that Joy had left the bounds of this earth. She and I were classmates at Ellington High School and best of friends during those four years. We shared many a dream! We lost contact when I moved out of the area, but she has always been a part of my life! Anytime I looked through our Class Year Book, I could recall all of our good times together. At that time she absolutely LOVED the Beatles, especially Paul!!!! She knew all the words to the albums and she'd bring them over and we would sing!!!! I know how much she loved to sing and she hooked me up with her Voice Coach at that time, but I was never as good at it as she was!!! All of you who knew her during her life also need to know the impact she made on others - she will always be in my heart. My sincere condolences to all of her Family and Friends.
