To my Shustock “brothers and sisters”, so sorry to hear about your mom. I always loved her, and as a kid very much enjoyed her regular visits in the afternoons for tea at the table with my mom.

She included us often in the kids’ birthday parties, summer picnics, and Fourth of July celebrations. She allowed us to wander into the house or basement anytime for a visit, to sled the steep slope in the backyard (“torture track”), and to swing from the rope knot under her tree on the hill.

She was a best friend and source of solace for my mom... always kind, with a fun sense of humor, beautiful eyes and smile. And she was there for us when our parents passed. I most recently ran into her at the Cape, and we spent a long time catching up. She will be greatly missed!!
